Problems with Order Processing: Upcountry Flavors strive to process your order promptly. However, certain factors may cause delays in order processing
- Credit Card: If there are difficulties processing your credit card, we will try to contact you. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe relieves us of liability for the order.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure that you have provided accurate and complete delivery details to avoid any issues with shipping.
- Backorders: If certain items in your order are unavailable or out of stock, we will backorder them. As soon as these items become available, we will ship them to you. However, suppose the items remain unavailable for an extended period (more than 2 weeks). In that case, we reserve the right to cancel the back-ordered items and issue a refund for the cost of the unavailable items.
